Return Policy
We want you to love your Product. Pretty simple, right? If you’ve ordered the wrong size or have any other issue, you can always exchange or return your order for free within the INDIA so long as:
1.Your items are unworn, undamaged, in re-sellable condition (i.e. no creases or wear on soles), and in their original packaging with stickers intact.
2. Your return request is submitted within 10 days of receiving your original order. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria. Please note that The Products used are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Click here to get started on an exchange or return..
Timing
Once our warehouse has received your return, please allow 2 weeks for a refund or store credit to be issued. If it has been longer than two weeks, please contact us.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping within the India for orders over 1000 rs. We also offer free return and shipping for items valued at 5000 rs or more – including footwear, jackets, bags, and belts – shipped within the India Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Please note that orders do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or major Indian holidays.
We reserve the right to refuse free shipping for any customer returns. International shipping costs are not covered by Gopsun Leather and Footwear Pvt Ltd Parent company of www.unbrandedhub.com
Note: Due to high order volume, it may take slightly longer than normal to ship your order. You will receive an email notification when your order ships. Please don’t hesitate to contact us!
Order Changes & Cancellations
Our orders are packaged and shipped out quickly after they are placed to ensure that your shoes arrive as soon as possible. Because of this, any changes to your order (including address changes, product changes, or cancellations) must be requested as soon as possible after your order has been placed. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but cannot guarantee any changes will be able to be made after your order has been placed. Depending on the amount of time after the order has been placed, order changes may be subject to a fee of upto rs 500.
Please note that we cannot currently accommodate order changes or cancellation for international orders.
